coconut ice cream

Coconut ice cream

1packet of 200ml coconut milk(room temperature)
2 table spoon sweet condensed milk or sugar.

Whisk the coconut milk until foamy.apro.5 minutes.Add in condensed milk.mix well and pour into the Ice cream shaker.

Tips
+ whisking the coconut milk allows air to form in it.The content of air makes the ice cream light in taste and smooth in texture.

Serve with Gula Melaka syrup ,chop coconut ,sago cake ,red bean ,sweet corn.
