Green tea powder 4 table spoon
200ml half half(100ml cream+100ml milk) or 200ml creme anglaise

Method
Mix the green tea powder into the warm cream/milk.strain.chill.

Basic Vanilla Ice Cream
Base for most of the ice cream.Use this recipe.

Half Half 200ml +1 ½ teaspoons vanilla + 2 tablespoons sugar*=basics vanilla ice cream

half half means using 50% milk and 50% cream
100ml milk+100ml cream=200ml half half
just mix the milk and cream,sugar n vanilla.no cooking needed!

To create various type of ice cream,add the flavour to this recipe. exp.banana or strawberry puree,milo or chocolate,yogurt....
